Sales other than over the auction block
- Any unit purchased in the yard (before and having never been at the auction block) is an "As Is" transaction.
- These deals are strictly between the buyer and seller and are not binding on either party until the sale is consummated.
- The auction will not become involved in arbitration on any grounds.
- Any unit purchased in the yard after running through the auction block is subject to all auction rules and regulations.
- All cars purchased or sold on premises must be paid for through the auction office.
